The Website may be referred to as the “Platform“. is owned and operated by Tacnik Technology Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and has its registered office at No 41/43, 1st floor, Stonart’s Building, House road, Nanjappa Layout, Adugodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For the purpose of the privacy policy, wherever the context so requires, “you”, “user”, or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who uses the website and its related services by providing login/registration data using the website as a registered user using any computer systems. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of your User Agreement with Samaaro, but not otherwise defined herein, shall have the respective meanings as ascribed to them in the User Agreement.
Please note that the data shared with Samaaro shall be primarily processed in India and other jurisdictions where a third party engaged by Samaaro may process the data on Samaaro’s behalf. By agreeing to this policy, you are providing Samaaro with your explicit consent to process your personal information for the purpose(s) defined in this policy.
