Splash has a ceiling.

You keep hitting it.

Attribution still lives in Excel, not your CRM.

Sales has no idea who just walked into your event.

Leadership asks for ROI. You send them headcounts.

What Splash gives you, and what is still missing

Where Splash Stops

CRM integration that doesn't fully connect

The sync exists, but attribution still breaks. Company names don't match, data sits in multiple places, and proving impact requires manual matching in Excel.

Communications you can't fully control

Basic invite sequences work. But personalized outreach from reps and real-time response tracking require workarounds or separate tools.

Sales team is blind at the event

Reps don't know who just checked in. There's no real-time notification when a key account walks through the door. Networking becomes guesswork.

Reporting that stops at the event level

You can see registration counts. But connecting spend to pipeline or showing program-level ROI requires manual work every time.

No audience history across events

Each event starts from scratch. There's no single view of which accounts have attended multiple events or what their engagement pattern looks like.

Beautiful event pages. Real limitations behind them.

What Samaaro Does Differently

Two-way CRM sync that actually works

Two-way sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365. Email address as the unique key. No name-matching problems, no broken attribution.

Omni-channel comms with real-time tracking

Automated invitations and follow-ups across email and messaging. Real-time visibility into who responded and who needs a nudge.

Sales gets notified the second someone checks in

When a key account scans their badge, the account owner gets a real-time notification. Reps know exactly who to meet and when.

Program-level ROI your leadership can actually use

Approved budget vs actual spend, pipeline influenced, and revenue attributed across your entire event program. Not just snapshots.

Audience intelligence that builds over time

Every attendee builds a profile across events. See which accounts attended multiple events and who your next invite list should target.

Every gap closed. One platform. Connected to the rest of your marketing stack.

How we built this comparison: Based on G2 reviews, Capterra verified reviews, and Splash Help Center documentation.

What changes when your event platform actually connects to everything else.

The three things enterprise marketing teams keep asking for.

CRM sync and sales enablement that works end to end

Two-way CRM sync, personalized invitations from your reps' email, and real-time check-in notifications so sales knows who to meet. No Excel. No manual follow-ups.

End-to-end From invite to CRM attribution, fully connected

Automated communications your team doesn't have to manage

Invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups that trigger automatically. Real-time tracking of who responded and who needs a nudge.

Omni-channelAutomated across email and messaging

Reporting that goes beyond one event at a time

Spend vs returns, pipeline influenced, and audience engagement across your entire program. Built for the quarterly review, not just the post-event debrief.

Does Samaaro integrate with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and HubSpot?

Yes. Samaaro offers two-way sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Marketo, and Oracle Eloqua. The integration uses email address as the unique key, so there are no company name matching problems or broken attribution.

Can sales reps send personalized event invitations from their own email?

Yes. Samaaro maps each guest to their account owner in the CRM. Invitations go out from the rep’s email address automatically. No manual sends, no one-hour calendar blocks for your sales team to send invites.

Does Samaaro notify sales reps when someone checks in at an event?

Yes. The moment a guest scans their badge, the account owner receives a real-time notification. Reps know exactly who arrived and can prioritize conversations instead of crowding the registration desk.

Can I see ROI and pipeline data across all my events, not just one?

Yes. Samaaro’s reporting dashboard shows approved budget vs actual spend, cost per attendee, pipeline influenced, and revenue attributed across your entire event program. Filter by date range, city, or event type for quarterly reviews.

Does Samaaro track audience engagement across multiple events?

Yes. Every attendee builds a profile over time. You can see which accounts attended multiple events, which contacts engaged deeply, and what their full event journey looks like. This helps you build your next invite list based on historical data, not guesswork.

Can I migrate from Splash to Samaaro?

Yes. Samaaro’s onboarding team helps you migrate registration data, attendee history, and event templates. Most teams are fully operational within 30 days with a dedicated onboarding manager.
