Considering the magnitude of the event, the client had specific requirements for the design of the event, that is both visually appealing and brings out brand awareness.
An interactive conference hall was required to help speakers communicate effectively with the audience.
The client also wanted to make the platform compatible with mobile devices.
Advanced functionality was required to make the event engaging and innovative.
An intuitive Mobile UI was built specifically for the event to cater to enable users to log in from their mobiles.
An auditorium was provided for the client, where 40+ sessions, debates, panel discussions and Q&A sessions were conducted by 40+ leading pathologists, hematologists, academicians and hemato-pathologist clinicians.
An exhibition hall with various exhibitor booths was set up for the sponsors to promote their products.
To add an element of excitement and to encourage participants to perform actions, an activity leaderboard was available, which highlighted names of the attendees who interacted with the platform the most.
An innovative photo booth was available for participants of the event to click photos on and share it across social media channels.
A personalized E-certificate, which certifies the participation of the attendees, was sent to the email addresses of the participants.
A social lounge was created, where a live & aggregated feed of social media posts related to the event with relevant hashtags were displayed.
Lastly, with 100+ documents and videos available, participants were provided with a resource bag, using which they were allowed to save their favorite resources at one place.
