Vivekananda Education Society’s Institute of Technology wanted to host a national level technical conclave in the virtual medium. Tech4Good 2022 was slated to be a pan-India tech fest where students from different institutions could take part in various competitions, present their projects as well as learn from multiple workshops. The client wanted an interactive and engaging platform where participants can show their projects, take part in workshops and interact with each other.
A highly customised welcome lounge was designed with 3D banners for better visibility to sponsors, For easier navigation, attendees were enable to visit to any part of the platform from the lobby itself.
For hosting parallel sessions, an auditorium hall with two conference rooms – software track and hardware track – was incorporated.
Each conference room was embbed with interactive features such as live reaction, polls and Q&A. These features resulted in higher engagement rate and audience participation.
An exhibition hall with fully customizable booths was added into the platform. Exhibitors could add logos, upload product demos and attendees could book meetings with the representatives.
The event was a huge success with over 750 registrations.
Auditorium was the second most popular place with around 500 footfall.
The clients were extremely happy with the outcome of the event.
