Here’s a Virtual Conference Example, hosted on Samaaro. Smart Meter Summit was a virtual conference that intended to invite experienced solution providers to showcase their technology/services to collaborate with state or private energy distribution companies in implementing Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) at competitive prices and with proven technology.
The event was backed by the Government Of India & sponsored by global brands like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Accenture, SAP, IBM, TATA, L&T, Oracle, Trilliant, Schneider Electric and Energy World.
The objective was to provide a platform for key stakeholder to discuss the metering requirements and opportunities in India. The conference highlighted the key challenges faced and enabled knowledge sharing on various aspects of smart metering.

Aayera wanted a virtual event platform that enabled key stakeholders to deliver live sessions effectively on topics related to metering requirements in India, and to help sponsors promote their products effectively.
The entire platform was customized according to the client’s requirements, with their branding strategically placed across the platform.
A conference hall, with features such as Live Polls and Live Q&As helped the speakers deliver live sessions effectively.
Two distinct meeting rooms were created. One meeting room was for general meetings for attendees, speakers and sponsors. Another meeting room was exclusively for the title sponsors – Amazon Web Services.
A 3D exhibition hall, with 5 exhibitor booths, was available for attendees to view and explore. Each exhibitor booth contained various features like Product Gallery, Resource Centre and Meet Our Team
A networking lounge was available using which attendees could connect with other like-minded individuals via features like one-on-one/group audio/video calls.

The engagement rate of the event was high at 66.6%.
The exhibitor booth received a lot of traction, and received an ample amount of product queries.
The Live Q&A feature was used by the attendees to ask questions and interact with the speakers.
