Informa Markets required an innovative virtual event platform to organize a virtual expo featuring some of the biggest names in the renewable energy market. The objective of the event was:

Inform attendees emerging technologies and innovation in Renewable Energy Market
The Welcome Lobby enabled attendees of the event to navigate seamlessly to any space of the event. The Lobby was also fully customized according to the client’s and sponsors’ brand guidelines.
The networking lounge enabled the participants to make connections through 1:1 audio/video meetings and agenda-based chat rooms.
A 3D exhibitor booth, with various features like Meeting Scheduler, Meet Our Team, Resource Centre and Product Gallery was available.
Using the Meeting Scheduler, the participants could get in touch with the sponsors with a click and schedule meetings, helping the sponsors in lead generation.
All the chat transcripts of the chats initiated by the participants were available for the sponsors to view and download.
