Challenges

  • Provident wanted to host a pre-launch event for its first plotted development project, Provident Woodfield, during which they wanted to promote the project, get EOIs (Expression of Interest), generate leads and more.

  • But due to the on-going pandemic, it wasn’t possible to host the conventional pre-launch event. Hence, Provident, in collaboration with Samaaro, decided to host one of its kind digital project launches, allowing its customers to book their dream homes on a real-time basis.

  • The main concern our clients had was in terms of looks and feel, in that, how effective will a presentation on a virtual event be in terms of driving sales.

Solutions

India's first virtual real-estate product launch

The launch of provident Woodfield was India’s first end-to-end online property launch event, where the speaker, Avinash Roa, hosted the entire event on a virtual platform and took the viewers on a visual tour of the property.

  • The end-to-end online property launch had everything from EOI booking to plot allotment on a real-time basis with no manual intervention.

To overcome the mundane feel of webinars and make the event more immersive, green screen shooting was done and the speaker was augmented on the screen to make the event more engaging and exciting.

Results

  • The event was considered a massive success by Provident Housing Limited, and resulted in the reservation of 180 plots out of 500 available- more than 1/3rd units were booked.

  • Provident, with the help of Samaaro, also made it convenient for the buyer to access these projects with the ease of clicks from anywhere in the world, without having to compromise their health and safety.
