Each year, Herbalife Nutrition Extravaganza is where thousands of Herbalife Nutrition Independent Distributors from all over India – and at every level of the Sales & Marketing Plan – gather to receive training to help take their businesses to the next level. This year, Herbalife was looking for a virtual event platform to conduct their extravaganza online.
One of the biggest concerns of our clients was the scalability of Samaaro because of the fact that around 30,000 people were expected to participate during the event over the period of two days.
There were 6 different categories of booths that were set up, namely:

Finance
Associate Services
Information Desk
HNF Foundation
Social Media
Each booth had multi-linguistic resources and were completely customized according to client’s requirements. This meant people could easily engage with different departments, interact with them and sort out their queries, doubts and concerns.
The platform’s scalability was tested several times to host as many as 4x times the expected participants, which meant that more than 40,000 people could have seamlessly participated in the event.
The privacy of the attendees was completely secured, and because of this, the background and the location of the attendees was not known. Hence, a platform agnostic approach was taken to create a responsive event that was inclusive for all, irrespective of the device or browser that was being used.
Various booths like social media booth and training booth were set up that helped the client facilitate multi level marketing.
Live chat option was available for participants to interact with hosts and other members from the audience.
