The client wanted an engaging and interactive virtual events platform to foster an exchange of information and knowledge.

A highly customised welcome lobby was available, using which, attendees could navigate to any part of the platform. The lobby also contained 3D banners that showcased the organiser’s brandings

An auditorium with features such as pre-recorded sessions, live chat, live reaction and polls was available. These features helped in enhancing the engagement of the event.

Networking lounge with chat group

A networking lounge with various topic-based chat rooms was available for the attendees. This helped the participants in connecting and interacting with like minded people.

A detailed agenda was available, from where attendees could view the detailed breakdown of the event and plan their day ahead.

As the event was confidential in nature, the client requested an extra layer of security while attendees registered for the event, to ensure the authenticity of the users. Registrants were required to enter their official email address, after which they would receive a confirmation link from the organiser. Only after clicking on the confirmation link, would attendees receive access to the event. 


  • The event was a massive success, which received over 1000 registrations.

  • The engagement rate during the event was 80%..
